On November 8, 9, and 10, the training event "The Road to Success" by Vasil Naçi was organized in Tirana. In its fourth edition, "The Road to Success" brought together over 2,000 people from business organizations, entrepreneurs, professionals from various fields, students, and enthusiasts of events dedicated to growth and development.
At the center of this event was the "Success Formula," built upon the experience and knowledge of Vasil Naçi and the best practices and lessons of world-renowned trainers in the fields of business, growth, and development. Over three days, participants had the opportunity to learn about important aspects of success and work practically to reflect on and define their objectives and the path to achieving them. All this through a process of reflection: who am I, what vision and goals do I have for life, what are my beliefs and convictions, what are the habits, decisions, and actions I take every day? Do my habits and decisions lead me to the success I want to achieve? What do I need to change in my life?
The "Success Formula" shows that success and development are achieved by changing the way of thinking and consequently actions and behavior. If each of us becomes a little better every day than the day before, life will naturally improve. Reaching human potential is a never-ending process. The only way to multiply success is to multiply the investment in personal development.
"If you want growth, you must have and follow a plan for it. This must be a natural and intentional process. We cannot choose shortcuts here. Continuous preparation is needed, because when an opportunity appears, it is too late to prepare.
Everyone has the potential to become an expert in something. The secret lies in finding innate talents and working to develop them," emphasized Mr. Naçi.
Being a leader of life, as well as a good leader for the team or organization you direct, was also one of the main pillars of "The Road to Success." Leadership is a choice, not a position. It is a decision that starts from within everyone. Leadership is not just about the person at the top, but it is an opportunity for all people in the organization. To be a leader means to set a personal example, to influence not simply through position, but through expertise and personality.
In this event, participants also had the opportunity to follow the speeches of several guests, successful individuals from various fields of entrepreneurship, personal development, and alternative healing, such as: Mirela Sula, Sheki Useini, and Hetem Ramadani.
"The Road to Success," this three-day program full of positive energy, dynamism, information, and motivating examples, offered a unique opportunity for participants to shape the future based on proven principles for success in personal and professional life. Every second of this three-day program carried the highest level of energy. Dedicated to all those who aspire for more growth and who believe in infinite human potential, "The Road to Success" was the right place to start the journey toward success, or to take another step toward the next achievement.
In addition to contributing to the growth and development of people who want success, this training event has another very important dimension: contributing to people in need. As in previous years, the proceeds from this training event will go toward a charity project.
