3. Collection of Applications: Candidates can apply by filling out the online form on our official website, uploading their CV via the job link, or visiting our offices.
4. CV Screening: All CVs and application forms are reviewed to make a preliminary selection of candidates who meet most of the required criteria.
5. Pre-selection: A structured telephone interview is conducted, and a meeting is scheduled with candidates who confirm compatibility with the criteria.
6. First Interview: Consists of a structured interview, technical testing depending on the job profile, and a psychological profile test.
7. Selection Panel: Composed of 2 to 5 members (HR representatives and department experts) to evaluate technical skills in detail.
8. Interview with Direct Supervisor: One or more meetings are conducted with the direct manager or senior executives to make the final decision.
9. Job Offer: The direct supervisor and HR communicate the terms of employment, benefits package, and specific details to the selected candidate for final agreement.
