ALFA S.A. was founded in 1992 by the shareholders: Vasil NAÇI, Kosta SOTIRI, Kristo NAÇI, Georg ZOIDIS. The main offices were initially based in Vrisera, Gjirokaster.
ALFA S.A started its business activity as Amstel /Pepsi Co. distributor. In 1997, a historical moment for ALFA S.A, marked the beginning of the production activity. Alfa S.A built a very modern factory in Glina Village (south of Albania), which enabled its business activity expansion with the Production of Glina famous water. Success led Alfa S.A to receiving the status of Oficial Bottler for the Albanian Territory in 1999. In 2020, Alfa S.A started the production of Elbar beer, which is the number 1 beer in Albania.
