What You’ll Do:

  • Lead creative campaigns across advertising, social media, promotions, and activations.
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously innovate to improve brand performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into strategy.
  • Digital-savvy with hands-on experience in social media, campaigns, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for creativity, consumer engagement, and delivering results.
