The Beverages Department at Agna Group is looking to hire a person with strong analytical and problem solving skills, statistical skills for data analysis, as well as strong business knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills in the position of: Sales Analyst
Main tasks:
- Gather and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Monthly analysis on the performance of the brands by coordinating with each regional manager and reporting directly to the sales director on the performance and trend of the brands in the market.
- Compile monthly trade promotions and register invoices of our trading partners.
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Support the sales team in creating sales presentations and proposals by providing data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales analysis and reporting.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Information Economics and Management, Engineering Mathematics, Mathematics or any other similar education.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable).
- Strong knowledge in SPSS, NAVISION, SAP, ERP is an advantage.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.
