Sales Department Assistant
Main tasks:
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Coordinate office procedures.
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Communication and coordination with the partners.
- Communicating the key objectives to the sales team.
- Close cooperation with the Sales Manager and Brand Manager of the department and completion of requested analysis and tasks.
- Coordination with the finance department and follow up the execution proccess from the warehouse.
- Coordination between Agna Group and our partners’ representatives.
- Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or any other similar education.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable).
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.
