Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented candidate to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our FMCG portfolio, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales force, and achieving volume and value targets in the position of: 

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and grow key customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent execution of trade activities and promotional plans.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Ensure effective territory and route management for field sales representatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools (e.g., ERP/CRM systems).
• Fluent in English.
