The fall of Communism has given the people of Albania variety and choice. Some people have made that their business. Bring together a bottler, a distributor, advertiser, merchandiser, constructor and real estate agent and you have the AGNA Group 

The first company, Anonime Kakavi (now Agna S.A.), was established in 1991, as an importer and exclusive distributor of well known brands in the categories of dry foods like Nestle, Misko, Barrilla, Chipita, Lay’s, Heinz, Marbo, etc; detergents and personal hygiene: Beohemija, Mega, and cigarettes: Karelia. 

AGNA S.A.  also opeates in the field of energy investment, hospitality, construction and real estate in Albania and abroad. This company has created a significant investment portfolio over the years.

ALFA S.A. was founded in 1992 as the exclusive distributor of Amstel and Pepsi Co. In 1997, Alfa S.A. constructed a modern factory in the village of Glina, and extended its activities with the  production of Glina Water and other beverages. That success led Alfa S.A. to receiving the status of Official Bottler and Distributor for Pepsi, Ivi, 7up and Lipton for the Albanian territory in 1999, and for Kosovo in 2019.

ALBARTEX LLC became part of Agna Group in 2001. It is the leading company in the outdoor advertising sector in Albania.

In 2003, ONTIME CONCEPT was established. This company offers a wide range of B2B services including the organization of special events, promotional campaigns, market studies, and media relations, thereby supporting business organizations in Albania to succeed.  

In the conditions of economic interdependence around the world, business can help consolidate the economic profile of the country by building bridges for foreign investment, and Agna Group certainly does that.
